The forum is temporarily shut down. I have been unable to properly manage the forum for almost two years. Technical work is needed and I have not had time to do this work and the forum has suffered because of it. Soon, I do plan to put work into this forum that will make it better and I will also return to spend time here. Two years ago I changed jobs and lost most of my Internet time.
