Episode Title Help

I'm trying to locate an episode -- it was a murder who-done-it and the Hook or Gotcha was when the villain's attempt to establish an alibi is undone by the overnight time change - either spring forward or fall backwards. Sound familiar to anyone?

That sounds a bit like the episode "Deadline for Death", though it isn't really a whodunit exactly. But the character overlooking the time change is his doom.
Does the name "Johnny Promise" sound familar to you? The episode aired on 9/5/74 and again on 11/2/74.
