When I started these forums, I wanted to have a thread where people told their stories about becoming a fan of the program.
Many of us where school-aged and were fascinated listening to these programs on AM radio at night when we were supposed to be studying or sleeping. Others were older and working late jobs listening at work. The stories are varied and I love reading them.
In this forum, we have two threads going; One to introduce yourself and another one to tell your story.
These threads have become convoluted with welcoming and questions and answers and some requests for programs, etc.
So, what I am going to do over a period of time is to go through these threads a page at a time and spit off the good posts into a new thread that will be locked.
When someone adds a good story, I will merge it to the thread.
Please do not be offended if your posts do not make it into this thread.
I think this will be a good thread when it is done.
