So I got the files in my MediaMax account, and now I'm not sure what to do! Could someone guide me through downloading these files to my computer?

What is the format of the files? Are they MP3's or something else?

Yes, they are Mp3 files. All you have to do is click on the green arrow to the left of each episode you want to download.
