Hi, I'm new to the forum, but not really new. I've just been gone for 1+ years and it seems like forever.
I'm requesting a master episode title listing, and also the episodes themselves.
One last thing, I no longer remember how to access my account file to get to said episodes. Can you guide me there?
Thanks very much in advance!

Garrick,
Since then, Streamload was converted to MediaMax. Do you have the ID and password for your account? Without that, I suggest either creating a new one, or contacting support@mediamax.com.
For the show listing of all RMT shows, go to the file area and use the bottom one Dick Judge's RMT log.
Glad to see you back in the forums.
Cheers!

Do I have to open a new account w/Mediamax in order to have a place to store my episodes and access them for downloading?
Just tell me what to do and where to go and how to get started!
thanks again,
garrick
ps - if there's more than one account or price tier being offered, which would you suggest for a novice such as myself? I'd prefer a free account, and I'm in no great hurry to access and burn all the episodes right away, unless I can geta huuuuge storage account on the cheap. In that case (in case of extreme CHEAP) I don't mind paying. Life is full of difficult choices...
such is life on Social inSecurity ;)

Garrick,
Yes, you need to get the account with MediaMax in order to move along with shows distributed by the CBSRMT.info forum. There may be other ways to obtain the shows, which you could uncover by digging around the internet.
If you had an account with Streamload and can find the login information, that would do too, since it's the same outfit. So, you might try to contact their support group and go that way.
If you want to go this route, check out www.mediamax.com and see what looks good to you.
Cheers!

Thanks so much for your guidance.
Yes, I just created an account w/ Mediamax
my user name is: calichahta
I don't know what else you need to know, but whatever you do need to know in order to download into my account, please let me know.
Also, I can't find a master list of the episodes by title, air date, and other pertinent info. Does such a list exist?
Can you tell me anything about the episode's audio quality overall? Does it have commercials/no commercials, old news before or after the broadcast or not, etc?
I can't tell you how excited I'm getting with anticipation! Geez, I must be a real geek to be all happy about some old radio shows ;)
Somebody help me, I've turned into my dad!!!

Garrick,
We understand your enthusiasm - believe me. Nothing else is needed to send the MP3 files to your account. The quality varies as does the other items you mention - some include commercials, news before or after the programs, etc. There are 1399 different shows.
The list of air dates, program names, and some actors may be found in the "file area" of the forums.
I just sent the files to your account - watch the MAIL tab for them to appear shortly.
Cheers!

Kent, did I just send you an email/IM? Izzat you?
Wow, and here I thought you were 2 different people. Me sooo embarrassed...
but back to the downloads, I'm inside the Mediamax site, and if I click on the green arrow button, then the episode/s will download into my HD. Is that correct?
and if I choose to keep my Mediamax site, I can store the RMT episodes there for an indefinite period of time?
last question (for now): Is there a limit to the amount of megs or gigs that I can download in one sitting on the free account? I'm not sure if this means I can download the whole shebang in one sitting or if I have to break it up over several weeks or months...
I've looked but can't find anything definitive in answering this question...
Knowing the answer to this question helps me to better plan my strategic timing and fitting in the downloading and burning (which can be time consuming) around the rest of my life.
Either way, it's all good. Thanks so much, Kent!

I haven't looked at my Gmail account, but I did exchange an IM with someone in the last 45 minutes. It was an odd surprise to hear my PC making a chime sound......
Yes, Green arrow down = download to PC
Yes, the files are there as long as you have the account - they don't delete anything.
The free account does have limitations. It used to be you couldn't download more than a 10MB file, so the larger files would not be available. They have different levels of MediaMax available for different prices. I'd have to look it up myself to tell you anything accurate, so you might as well go there and see what makes sense for your budget.
Cheers!
