How can I convert tape to online?

I have three Sears that a friend recorded for me on tape, all three of the Henry Morgan Shows. The only ones I had before my very recent and appreciated gift! How can I turn the tape into an internet stream, so I can share these out with the Forum?

I use a Nakamichi tape deck in to an analog EQ, then run it into my Audigy Platinum soundcard for final conversion/mixdown digital EQ. I can then convert it on my PC to whatever file format I choose.

You have to do it in real time, but the effort is worth it.
