WOR/NY Broadcasts on the Master Set

Question- Is that Bill Maher from "Politically Incorrect" on the WOR broadcasts? The voice sounds as though it may be him....if it is the same guy he must've been YOUNG at that time..... Anyone know for sure?.....
I used to originally listen from the Philiadelphia market outlet, WCAU-AM, I think it was.
