help! Mediamax and RMT shows!

I haven't a clue what to do now that streamload is mediamax and I can't find my RMT shows I was downloading. There is nothing in my file manager. I would appreciate it if the complete series of RMT could be resent to me under the Mediamax, or information on where they stored my old streamloaded RMT. My username is kelly7798. I wish I new more about computers and web sites to figure this out. Can anyone help me regarding this?

I am a new Mediamax user, so I'm not sure about the goings on with the upgrade.

I have however sent you the Master Set.

Mediamax nor Streamload cannot find my files
