3 Damaged from my Master Set

Could I please get:
1271 The Silver Mirror 811228.mp3
0335 Murder by Proxy 750829.mp3
0129 The Picture of Dorian Gray 740807.mp3
The files in my Master Set were corrupt.
Also, I believe I noticed a missing one???
Episode 0233 (Not listed in the Master File list) Not even sure if it exists or not.

Every copy of 1271 I've ever heard was corrupt and I've downloaded it from 3 or 4 different places. I'll have to investigate these others to see about my copies of them. Thanks for bring this to our attention. We need to know about any in the set that are corrupt. When I get these figured out I'll let you know.

When you say "corrupt" do you mean the files contain viruses or that they're simply poor-quality recordings?

By "corrupt" I mean it was just a bunch of garbled noises with no intelligible speech at all. Something went wrong with the encode, apparently.

I hear what you mean...now that I checked my copy of The Silver Mirror, it's so completely unlistenable that I just deleted it from my hard drive.

I checked my copy of The Silver Mirror and it seemed to play fine on Winamp. I'm not sure if I got it from the Master List but I probably did? If someone wants me to upload my copy and try and send it to them let me know.

Thanks for sending that, Kent. It was fair quality, but at least it's clear enough.

It's too bad that "The Silver Mirror" was one of the worst episodes being about Arthur Conan Doyle, but at least it's one less I have to listen to (and being in the summer of 1975 episodes, I have a long way to go until I go through the rest of the 1981 stories). I sent a copy of it to Wadenjulie, because i know he saves these for his collection.

Yes, fair is probably a fair grading. But it was good that it could be listened to and not a corrupt one again.... are there others you needed?
