Hello, my name is Bob. I am 43 years old and have a brother 3 years older. He and I used to listen to the RMT every night as we lay in bed during our childhood in the mid- to late-70s. I always consider that being some of my fondest memories with him (he now lives in the Philippines, I in Minnesota).
I now have 3 young kids of my own, two boys and a girl. The boys (4 years apart in age) share a room, and share a love of stories and of their sister. Their sister, aged between them, has special needs and presents quite a challenge to us all, though treated like a princess by her brothers, and the boys use their bedtime as a well-deserved chance to unwind (who doesn’t!?), to chat, and to listen to stories and music on the radio, though there is nothing on anymore that stirs the imagination like RMT did for my brother and me.
Long story short: I am looking to obtain copies of the RMT shows so that my kids can have the same (or at least similar) wonderful listening experience that we did when we were kids, something to talk about as they fell asleep or discuss over breakfast the next morning.
Can you share with me how I can go about getting copies of these shows? All of the sites I go to talk about “swapping” shows, but I have nothing to swap, and my financial resources are very limited.
Thank you for any insights that you can share!
Sincerely,
BobbyM
