Streamload error

Has anyone ever gotten this message? I just received the master and am trying to download them and I get this message:

Sorry, the content you've requested is temporarily unavailable. This is most likely due to maintenance being performed on the servers which store the content. You should be able to access this content again shortly, so please try back again later.

We've all gotten that message. Sometimes that's exactly what it is, but sometimes it's a problem with the file. Wait some and try again later. If it persists, you can post a list of the problem shows and we'll see if there's a way to help you get them.

Problem seems to be intermittent. Seems five in a row are ok then the next 50 or so cant be accessed. IS this a streamloader problem or the files? should I delete them and you resend them?
