Seems like you might have signed up for ver 5.... I was not able to send the files to you. We run into this situation often these days. This is what someone else did to remedy the issue:

"OK, the problem was I signed up for a Streamload 5 account which does not yet support public uploads. I signed up for a Streamload 4 account (same login 'x-x-x-x') and verified that the public upload mode accepts it."

Sorry - I don't know how long it will be before we're all on the same version.
