I have now listened to, summarized, and catalogued all 1399 episodes. It took almost three years to get done, but I made it.

I will be sharing my episode log via streamload at:

www.streamload.com/brian1984_2001 (http://www.streamload.com/brian1984_2001)

you can download an Excel spreadsheet and a text document that I created from the Excel spreadsheet. It is yours, free for the taking (as long as I pay my Streamload bill).

I really don't want to get into emailing it as that would be time consuming.

I hope you all have enjoyed them and that they added to your listening experience.

More importantly, I hope that I have contributed to the body of work and knowledge available about the best radio show of our generation. It meant so much to me as an awkward adolescent and for 25 years I always wondered whatever happend to it -- or for that matter, if I was the only person who remembered it. Now I know differently. You are all wonderful people. I wish Miles and Vince were still around. They really helped out a lot with their input on this board.

I'll still be around this board because I love it and I love discussing this show. I will, however, be moving on to another show called X-One. It is a nifty little sci-fi show from the mid-1950s and I am really into it now. I'd be more than happy to share it with you via Streamload.

Thanks again for reading.

Brian,

From someone whom you've helped in the past, CONGRATULATIONS! An amazing accomplishment!

I've only finished 2 years so far and I listen to 5 or 6 shows a day!

Thanks for all your contributions to the board and for helping out newbies like myself!

Take care,
Scott

Thanks so much Brian. Very well laid out spreadsheet. That had to have taken some serious time. I am just starting to collect episodes.

Haven't received a streamload yet of actual episodes, but I'm hoping somebody will reply soon. I did however get a link from a nice lady that enable me to get 15 of her faves though. So I'm now on my way! If you have info on getting more and you have a minute, I'd be forever grateful.

Thanks again,
Bob R

Hi Bob,

If you go to the Show Of the Week forum and click on some of the more recent SOTWs, they have links in them where you can download those shows. smile.gif

Brian, great work!

I hate to say this, though, but I think you've got a misprint in the review for "The house on Chimney Pot Lane". That review is of a different episode. Also, I did a search for "Sam Gray" (the other male actor in the play alongside Earl Hammond) and did not find his name in a review of the episode.

Stay close, buddy.

It happens. I did that several times and usually caught myself. I guess that one got by me.
