Streamload Troubles

Yesterday Vince sent shows to my account. It said 2 emails and 1400 files, but they were pending. All day I check on them to see if they ever made it to my inbox. They never did. Today there is still nothing there and there are not emails or files pending. Can someone tell what I did wrong? Could it be because my account is a trail account? Help.

Give it another day or so and if the files don't show up, we'll resend them. The issue is rare but not unheard of and it has nothing to do with the type of account you have.
