Missing Files on Streamload

Hi Guys,

I was having great fun downloading all the shows in order and transfering them to cd, I was about halfway done with 1975 and my files disappeared off Streamload. The "envelope" is still in my inbox but there are no files there. Am I supposed to be paying for storage of these files so I can keep them??? Streamload is not exactly clear about this. I signed up for three months, 5,000 mb each month so I could get all of the shows........now what happens??????

Storage is unlimited at no charge. Are you getting the old files that I sent some time ago or do you have the new "Vince set"?

When I was sorting through the files in my INBOX, I was deleting the attachments I already had. After clicking the delete button, there was a message asking if I wanted to delete the mail. I almost clicked yes, then realized by deleting the mail, I'd be deleting all the attachments.
Perhaps this is what happened?

No, that just deletes the text associated with the files - not the files.

Well, I've made a mistake. WHen I was deleting some attachments the message came up asking if I wanted to delete the mail message. This time i clicked yes and *poof* everything is gone tongue.gif

These were the new Vince files you sent on May 8th. But guess what .I just checked my account again and.they came back. Maybe it was a glitch or something. Streamload seems to have those often. Thanks for ya'll 's concern. I will be downloading all night.
