I maintain an FTP server dedicated, for the most part, to OTR files.
A substantial part of the mp3 inventory is CBS Radio Mystery files.
I don't require a one-to-one trade to use my server, but I do ask that you make meaningful contributions. Just email me if you're interested in a free account.
I will never charge you for anything, and your name and email address will stay with me. This is not some marketing thing, just a guy that likes old time radio and enjoys sharing it with others.

Thanks for the post Jay and [b:081c45c7ce]welcome aboard[/b:081c45c7ce].
I have the login information that you gave me previously for your FTP server but I just have not had time to log in.
Hopefully, you received the files I sent you on Streamload.

Hi Charlie,
No, I had no success with the Streamload. I signed up for the trial account, but couldn't download but one or two files because of the limitations. To get them all would cost me $40, and that seemed unreasonable.
You are of course, still welcome to use my FTP server, but I regret that the Streamload option doesn't look like it will be a real "option" for me. Thanks again,
Jay

Hi again Jay,
The Streamload does cost. I am on dial-up and can't get any fast downloads. I pay $4.95 per month for 1 gig of download bandwidth and I usually can't find time to get that much out of it. For me, it's worth the $4.95 because I spent a long time messing with file sharing applications to try and get programs and then you could never depend on anything. The good thing about Streamload is that I can count on it to work 99.9% of the time - and it does! I decided to throw down the $4.95 just to rid myself of frustration!
I would like to hear more about your FTP server though and how you have it set up.

Jay,
COOL! I just ordered a totally off-the-wall soundcard, and am ready to start converting my childhood RMT collection. I'll donate those when they are finished. I know how to use FTP like crazy, so you will have some mail.
Thanks!

Hello everyone!
I was happy to stumble on this little group of fellow CBSRMT devotees. I loved listening to it when I was younger and started collecting them off Bob Cook's website. I only was able to download about half of the episodes before his site went down. I would be very interested in trading what I have to get the rest! Jay, let me know about your FTP site, if that's okay.

Welcome aboard Rusty. I can also send stuff to you by Streamload if you need programs.
