Marian Seldes sighting!

just watched the film, Mona Lisa Smile, about a progressive 1950's contemporary art teacher at Wellesley, butting heads with the engendered roles of the priviledged women of the era.

Marian Seldes plays the school president, and i must say she looks fabulous. it was very wild to watch and recognize her voice... but wilder to realize just who she was.

She is the caretaker in the new version of "The Haunting"

I also saw her in an episode of "Law and Order" where she played a psychologist testifying in court.

She looked very bookish in that role.
