Drop Chute

Hello Everyone

I have not been able to connect and stay connected for some reason, but here I am.

Has anyone out there heard of Drop Chute? I belong to a user group and we exchange OTR. As we speak, a gentleman is sending over 152 files of Jack Benny to me (Calm Down Vince, I will get you a copy) and it is just a neat way of exchanging OTR or anyting else you may want to send.

I do not however, part with my CBSRMT for fear someone may want to try and profit from it.

Isn't DropChute peer to peer? I assume that withough high speed access it would become painful?

Good question on peer to peer

I do not think it is, but I do not know. It is like opening a chute and dropping mail in. The Jack Benny files I received came right of a members list and into my box.

As far as high speed connection - I would think it would be incredibly painful. I take for granted that DSL is the minority not the majority
