With all the stuff in the news about the RIAA sueing every middle schooler who downloads a song, I was just curious if anybody knew if if the CBSRMT shows are... :?:

Believe it or not...that is the thing that worried me most about them shutting down P2P sites..was wear am I gonna get my CBSRMT shows then??? (Until I found this site that is.. smile.gif )

They are copyrighted.

I have talked with Melina Brown on more than one occasion. Himan Brown holds the rights to the programs.

They typically do not give traders and fans a problem but if you were to get into selling that would be another story. People do sell on eBay and they are regularly reported and their rights to sell on eBay suspended.

Himan Brown could also take legal action against people if he wanted.

As we are just fans, I don't think we have to worry about just trading programs, etc.

I see...I figured it was by somebody...but I am glad to hear he doesn't have a problem with people trading them.

Thanks!

By still having fans and traders, it keeps the show "alive" and in our social consciousness. It can only help Himan in the future if he decides to cut some of these loose for sale.

I, for one, am committed to buying the programs if ever Himand and Melina offer them for sale.
