Does anyone use a Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra MP3 player? It sounds like something I've been looking for. It not only can be used as an MP3 player but also doubles as an external hard drive.

What's the storage space on this?

When something comes along in the 200+ gig range, I'll be quite interested!

Looking at my collection of mp3's, I only have about 25GB worth. That took me 3 years to accumulate! I figure if I go with th3 60GB model, that should last me at least 2 more years.

I've got 40 gigs of music plus CBSRMT and the other programs that we talk about here plus other assorted files....
I need [b:9af364e86c]space[/b:9af364e86c]!

Interesting piece of equipment here for consideration:

Their prices are high but http://www.dealtime.com/xPF-Interactive_Media_Kanguru_HD_MP3 this URL advertises this for less then $100. Not bad for an 81 gig hard drive that plays mp3's.
The manufacturers web site shows a model of 120 GB but I cannot find it for sale online at comparable prices to the 81 GB model.
Looking...
Seems too good to be true.

Although, I think that pricing information is wrong. :(

The phrase "If it seems too good to be true..." comes to mind.

Well, it's official. I want a Jukebox Zen Xtra (60GB) as much as I wanted the entire RMT collection. Now, if they'll just get the price closer to $200 than $300...
Does anyone know if the Zen Xtra has the feature to remember where in a file you stopped and then pick up from that point? I've looked on their web site and can't find anything on it but, with other mp3 players that have similar features i.e. sleep timer, wake timer, etc. that is a (not well documented) feature.

Wendell,
Don't know a thing about the model you note but 60GB is getting close to Charlie's realm of wishes!

That's getting there but I really want 100. My Classic Hits music library is now around 40 gigs and that's not counting my Smooth Jazz library or any OTR.
