Just got back from Las Vegas where the actual overnight lows (78 deg F) exceed our forecasted high for tomorrow in Cheyenne (73 deg F). I'm not a sunworshiper but I'm going to miss the heat! Oh, and for the record, I'm not a gambler so I didn't lose a penny (though I feel I contributed significantly to Nevada's economy). Finally, I did get to witness my oldest daughter's first skydive.

Vince,
Sounds great. We're glad you are back. It's a good thing I wasn't there. I would have lost all my money. I can't stay away from the card tables.

Charlie,
I have to admit I'm drawn to the craps table but I didn't place a single bet. Instead, we enjoyed several shows, plenty of walking and gawking, and copious amounts of time by the pool. Now, I have to admit, I took my mp3 player and really enjoyed listening while lounging but I still missed the forums.

Was only in Vegas once - not a high roller at all, infact, I found myself with my friend at 3am playing the nickle slots and thought, "I'm sacrificing sleep for the chance to win $1.85... I'm cashing out and going to sleep!"
hehe
cheers

Never been to Vegas. It's a long way away and my wife has already been there. I'm not that big into gambling. I loose about $50 playing black jack on cruises, but nothing serious.
